1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using the Coastline Layer Co. website, upload tool, shop, or any related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Services we provide

Coastline Layer Co. operates a small 3D print farm in South Florida. We offer:

• Custom 3D printing based on STL files you upload.
• A shop of our own modeled prints.
• A lithophane maker tool for generating your own STL models.
• Local pickup in South Florida and shipping to all 50 U.S. states.

All quotes, turnaround times, and availability are estimates unless confirmed in writing by our team.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order or upload files. By using the site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Your content and uploads

You retain ownership of any STL files, images, or other content you upload. By uploading, you grant Coastline Layer Co. a limited license to use, modify, and print your files solely to fulfill your order.

You represent that your uploads do not infringe any third-party rights, violate any law, or contain malware. We reserve the right to refuse any file for any lawful reason, including printability, safety, or legal concerns.

5. Orders, quotes, and payment

Custom print requests are reviewed by our design team and quoted before production. A quote is not an order until you complete payment through our checkout partner. Shop orders are charged at checkout. Prices, shipping, and applicable Florida sales tax are shown before you confirm your purchase.

6. Shipping, pickup, and delivery

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and offer local pickup in South Florida. Delivery dates are estimates and depend on carrier performance, print queue, and material availability. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is handed to the carrier or picked up by you.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Custom prints are made to order. Once production has started, cancellations and refunds are at our sole discretion. Defective or damaged items may be eligible for reprint or refund if reported within 14 days of delivery, with photo documentation.

8. Intellectual property

Coastline Layer Co. designs, product images, logos, and site content are our property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell them without our written consent. Your uploaded models remain your property, subject to the license in Section 4.

9. Disclaimers

Our services and printed parts are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not engineers or manufacturers of safety-critical parts. You are responsible for determining whether a print is suitable for its intended use, including load, temperature, and safety requirements.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastline Layer Co. and its owners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
